Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us ! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for returned products within 7 days of receipt with certain criteria which:

  1. Strictly returned with original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  2. Products that have been used or worn beyond initial unboxing will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Return cost fully borne by customers.

  • Once we checked the return parcel and confirm that the products are in saleable condition, we will proceed with the refund.
  • Note that refund will be processed within 1-2 working days.
  • We reserve the rights to offer only 50% of refund if the return products are not in saleable condition.

Damaged and Faulty Goods

  1. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and if there are any issues, notify us immediately.
  2. We will take the responsibility with exchanging any faulty products and offers a full refund with proof valid within 7 days of receipt. This policy is strictly valid for customers in MALAYSIA only.
  3. For INTERNATIONAL customers, we may accommodate request for additional insurance on your shipment. Strictly NO REFUND and REPLACEMENT of orders due to the high cost of shipment.
