Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if you’re not satisfied, we offer a full refund for items returned within 7 days of received. Items must be in their original packaging and resalable condition.
Items not in their original condition or worn beyond opening the packaging will not be refunded. Return postage is your own cost.

Include your order details (Name, Address, and Order Reference Number, Bank account details). We cannot process refunds without this information. Obtain proof of postage.
Refunds will be made to your bank account and processed once we receive the item. If the item is not in resalable condition due to usage or poor packaging during return, we may refuse the refund or deduct 50% of the original price.

Faulty Items and Exchanges
We will exchange any faulty items and provide a full refund. Valid for customers in Malaysia only.
Damaged Items (International Orders)
We advise you to insure your orders. You may request us to add insurance to your shipment. Due to the high cost of shipping, there are no refunds or replacements for international orders.
