Production Time 

• For bulk orders, we estimate production will take 8-12 weeks.
• Please note that the production time may be vary based on order quantites and our current production queue.

Delivery Options

• Shipping costs will be applied to your order or you have the option to arrange for your own pickup.

Customization

• We accept custom inquiries for colors only.
• Request for new design customization (shape or size) may be considered based on order quantites, with mutually agreed terms.

Products Design

• Please note that not all products can be reproduced, so do not hesitate to reach out to us for guidance.
