Bulk Order Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering Bendang Studio for your bulk order needs. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions that apply to all bulk orders:
Production Time
- For bulk orders, the estimated production time is 8-12 weeks.
- Please note that production time may vary depending on the quantity of your order and our current production schedule. We will provide you with an updated production timeline upon confirmation of your order.
Delivery Options
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order and the delivery address.
- Alternatively, you may choose to arrange for your own pickup at our location. Please contact us to discuss for option.
Customization
- We are happy to accept customization inquiries for colors only.
- For any requests involving custom designs (such as changes in shape, size, or other features), we will consider these based on the order quantity and our ability to accommodate the request.
- Please note: All development costs associated with custom designs (shape, size, etc.) will be borne by the client. Development costs include but are not limited to the cost of design changes, samples, and any additional production time needed for the customization.
- Custom design requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with mutually agreed terms set before proceeding.
Product Designs
- You can view our product designs on our Instagram page (bendangstudio_official).
- Please be aware that not all products may be reproduced for bulk orders. If you are interested in a specific design, please reach out to us for confirmation and advice before placing your order.
- We are available to provide suggestions if you have specific design needs in mind.

Development costs are the expenses that come up when making custom changes. These could include:
- Design changes: Any adjustments made to the original design (shape, size, etc.).
- Samples: The cost of creating prototypes or test versions of the customized product.
- Additional production time: Any extra time it takes to produce the custom items.
Custom design requests will be evaluated individually, based on factors like order quantity, complexity, and your ability to accommodate the request.
- Case-by-case basis: Each request will be assessed separately, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Mutually agreed terms: Before proceeding with the custom work, both parties (bendang and the client) will discuss and agree on the specific details, including costs and timelines.
